This program has been approved for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours by the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA). Each of our single modules awards 8 CPD credits, with up to 64 credits for a full CLJ Program.

As we continue to be innovative in our solutions, we are very excited to present a unique opportunity to consider The Learning Edge’s Connections Organization Passport. Since 2021, we have been facilitating the Connections Leadership Journey® (CLJ), a comprehensive 8-module program designed for ALL levels of leaders. Whether through in-house sessions or virtual open enrollment programs, we consistently receive outstanding feedback from participants about their experience.
We developed the Connections Leadership Journey® program, integrating three personalized assessments from Wiley Everything DiSC®. Our substantial investment in Wiley Solutions stems from witnessing their positive impact on our clients’ organizational cultures. The Catalyst platform serves as an excellent solution for DiSC® learners, facilitating post-session connections, and 1:1 coaching sessions, and providing Team Leaders with a structured meeting framework for team engagement.
To give you a more elevated position with The Learning Edge, we are introducing the Connections Organization Passport as a way for us to offer you FLEXIBILITY to offer CLJ solutions that may become part of your Learning & Development Plan.
The Connections Organization Passport is designed for clients valuing virtual leadership solutions. You can opt for the comprehensive 8-module Certificate program for your leaders. Additionally, explore how individual modules can deliver a high-caliber “just in time” solution, as we offer CLJ virtual programs throughout the year.
As an Organization you will have access to all 8 CLJ Journeys for leaders who wish to participate in the full 8 module Connections Leadership Journey Certificate program, as well as the ability to register leaders to attend individual modules in the Connections Leadership Journey program.
