Our new Emerging Front Line Leader Program is designed for young leaders stepping into leadership roles. Participate in our program and benefit from insightful assessments, expert training, and networking.
This program is also HRPA certified for 8 CPD credits.

- Self-Empowered Personalized Assessment by Wiley: Experience the Leadership Challenge® Self Empowered™ Assessment, rooted in The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. This assessment offers a clear, data-driven view of your leadership strengths and areas for growth, setting the stage for a personalized development plan.
- 6-Hour Virtual Training Session: Participate in an engaging six-hour virtual training session designed to bring leadership principles to life. This interactive session will equip you with practical tools and actionable insights to enhance your leadership skills immediately.
- 90-Minute 1:1 Debrief with a TLE Coach: Benefit from a focused 90-minute one-on-one debrief with a TLE coach. This session provides tailored feedback based on your assessment results, helping you to refine your leadership approach and set clear, actionable goals.
- Opportunities to Network with a Diversified Group of Leaders: Connect with other emerging leaders and professionals through structured networking opportunities. These connections will support your growth and provide valuable insights from other emerging leaders.
- CPD Approved Program: Earn 8 CPD credits with HRPA through the Emerging Leader Program.
