FRONT LINE LEADERSHIP (SUPERVISORY)

FRONT LINE LEADERSHIP (FLL) is a development process that includes a series of ten training sessions, on-the-job activities, coaching, and assessment of performance. The process equips participating supervisors with the skills necessary for creating a positive, productive environment where their people want to perform.
FLL provides an integrated process that addresses developmental needs of both supervisors and their leaders, creating a unified system for managing employee development throughout the organization.

CUSTOMIZED TEAM BUILDING

Having productive and cohesive teams is a vital element in the success of a growing and profitable organization. Our teambuilding seminars are designed to energize and engage people to develop a strong team spirit.

Bringing the team together for a 1 or 2 day seminar begins with a Needs Assessment to assess how the team is functioning. Activities are designed to work through inefficiencies, develop a positive group dynamic, and a sense of trust among team members.

DELEGATION

Delegation is an important management skill to develop.  When you delegate tasks you give an opportunity for the individual to develop or further enhance skills, feel trusted and motivated.  It is also a critical step in mentoring others to gain valuable experience and prepare the individual for promotion.

The degree to which you delegate depends on the individual’s readiness, knowledge and experience.  If not paced properly, the individual may feel abandoned.  Learn how to delegate properly and learn the negative consequences to not being an effective delegator.  As a manager, your return on effective delegation will save you time and generate more engaged employees.

To explain the relationship of behaviour and the resulting feedback as the key to motivation. Participants will examine how attainable goals, harmonious work relationships and effective communication work together to build support, self-esteem, self-confidence, and to enhance job satisfaction for managers and employees.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP - THE WORK OF LEADERS

The work that leaders do - the work that really matters - is boiled down to three areas: crafting a vision, building alignment, and championing execution. Vision, Alignment, and Execution (VAE) are "magic words." They strike a cord that turns the goal of leadership into tangible steps.

The Work of Leaders is for all supervisors, managers and leaders who wish to enhance their strategic leadership skills. It is about creating a strategic mindset that focuses on the big picture, rallying people together to achieve a vision, and ensuring plans are executed. This can be done at a team, department or organizational level.
